Mostly men's bodybuilding and men's physique will have different diet and workouts now this post is related to bodybuilding diet which is used to build and maintain muscle.
This diet covers mostly protein, vitamins, fiber which helps to increase the beast muscles. For the competitions bodybuilders use this kind of diet plan to pump the muscles where protein acts as a major role in the diet.
Instead of consuming a heavy diet at a time, it's better to split the diet every 2 hours because it leads to generate fat cells in the body if you consume at a time. So check out the diet plan which is mentioned below.
Morning
- 5:30 am : After walking 30 min whey protein 1 scoop
- 7 am : 3 Slice wheat bread with peanut butter 20gms, 3 Egg Whites
- 8 am : Fruit Salad 300gms(Guava, Apple, BlackGrapes)
- 9:30 am : 3 Chapathi, Boiled Vegetables(Beans, Carrot, Cabbage, Cauliflower, Capsicum, BroadBeans), 3 Egg White
- 11 am : Millet Rice 1 cup, 200 gms fish
Afternoon
- 1 pm : Millet Rice 1 cup, 200 gms fish
- 3 pm : Sweet Potato 250gms, 3 Egg White
Evening
- 5 pm : Red Banana 1
- 6 pm : Sprouts 250gms
- 8 pm : Dry Fruits(Badam 2Pc, Akroot 2Pc, Fig 2Pc, Seed Grapes 4Pc, Dates 4PC)
- 9:30 pm : Whey Protein 1 Scoop
- 10 pm : Corn Flakes 50gms or Full Apple
